Peanut Butter Blondies

These Peanut Butter Blondies can be made gluten free if preferred for an easy-to-bake treat that is perfect for the peanut butter lover in your house. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg large
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour or Organic Unbleached White All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups diced, optional

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Combine melted butter, salt and sugar.
  4. Mix in egg and peanut butter until thoroughly combined.
  5. Add in the flour a 1/4 cup at a time until incorporated. Try not to overmix.
  6. Fold in the diced chocolate peanut butter cups if desired.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
