Used for Making Vegan Mozzarella
I made a vegan mozzarella using guar gum. It is the most convincing vegan mozzarella I have tasted to date. I'm glad Bob's Red Mill carries this product.

BEST ANSWER: Hi! No, the shelf life does not change once opened. The shelf life for this product is 24 months and there should be a specific best by date printed on your package.
