Theyre ideal for any time you are craving an indulgent dessert, so whip up a batch of these brownies and impress everyone who tries them.
Prepare an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or oil.
Preheat the oven to 325F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, butter and water and mix well. Set aside.
In a separate large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg, Bailey's Irish cream and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Pour of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly across the bottom.
Pour the cheesecake batter on top and smooth it over the brownie batter.
Dot the top of the layered combination with dollops of the remaining brownie batter. Use a knife to create swirls.
Bake the mixture for 40-45 minutes until a knife can be inserted into the cheesecake layer and come out clean.
Cool the brownies completely before serving.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
