Whole Wheat Pumpkin Spice Muffins

A healthy but simple version of my favorite kind of muffin. This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, flax meal, wheat germ, oats (or barley), baking powder, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Mix eggs, milk, honey and pumpkin puree until well combined.
  4. Stir into dry ingredients.
  5. Fill muffin cups and bake for about 20 minutes.
