Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Cashews
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp ground Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup Water
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, process cashews to a very fine powder, adding a small amount of water if needed.
  2. Add Bob’s Red Mill Nutritional Yeast, salt and spices and mix to combine. Add lemon juice and enough water to reach the desired consistency. Process for a few minutes to evenly distribute spices.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature. Gently reheat over very low heat.
