Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1/3 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 2/3 cup Brown Rice Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Cream Buttermilk Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 3/4 cup Water (warm)
  • 1/3 cup White Bean Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites stiffy, set aside.



    Mix ingredients in order given, folding in egg whites last. Pour 2"-3" circles of batter onto a heated griddle that has been sprayed with a nonstick vegetable spray.



    Or ... pour 1 cup of batter into a preheated waffle iron that has been sprayed with a nonstick vegetable spray. Cook until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup or fresh fruit.



    Makes 8 pancakes or 4 waffles.
