Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to fully combine. Store in an airtight container.
To prepare, combine ½ cup oat mixture with ½ cup water. Microwave for 2 minutes or steep in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add more liquid if needed to reach desired consistency.
