I have been using Bob's Red Mill All Purpose flour for a few years. The ingredients are clean and no fillers. I have made brownies, cookies, pancakes and my families traditional Easter bread.

I discovered this flour after using a brand by Smuckers which was not organic. I love how soft the flour is and without fail, my pie crusts, biscuits, cookies, scones, cakes, pizza crust...you name it comes out very tasty.
My husband who loves to eat healthy, always comments on the freshness of the baked goods and how there is no after taste when using a combination of non-gmo, organics and natural ingredients.
I hope that you all will continue to make this organic flour as us bakers really need a good product.

I have been using this flour for awhile now, it has never disappointed me. It's consistently top quality. I ran out and had to use a different brand as the bag was running out, I finished the recipe with Bob's Red Mill,I could see the difference immediately. Bob's was whiter and finer.

Great AP flour
Very good flour for baking. I used it to make buttermilk pancakes and they turned out light and fluffy (delicious with some blueberry maple syrup)! This flour has a very soft texture, making it easy to work with.

This is my "go-to" flour for general baking. The texture and taste are far superior to any other flour brand. I just love how things turn out with Bob's flour! I tried King Arthur flour after moving to Colorado, but it just isn't as nice--both the texture and taste are weird. I live in the mountains and Bob's flour is hard to find here. Thankfully, I can order online and the UPS man brings it right to my door!
