high quality
There are many ways to use this flour. I have the Chickpea Cookbook, some recopies are better than others. I love the banana muffins and the cheesy biscuits. They are way healthier than white flour grains and help with blood sugars. There are lots more for me to try.

great product
I make this into pancakes every other day, as our protein. 90 grams is close to the amount of protein in a can of chickpeas.

High quality, reasonably priced and convenient
I was diagnosed with celiac sprue 25 years ago. When I could find gluten free bread it tasted like cardboard. I make my own bread now thanks to Bobs Red Mill. Bobs Red Mill came to my rescue by providing gluten-free flours to my door.

Muffins!
I am new to the gluten free baking method. I found a recipe online for chocolate muffins using garbanzo bean flour. The muffins were very flavorful with a nice but heavy texture. The taste was totally chocolate (used cocoa powder & vanilla) with no beany flavor. Looking forward to trying more recipes using this flour.

Made Sicilian Chickpea Fritters tastier
Will definitely use again. I was able to make Sicilian chickpea fritters (panelle) tastier. Helped me create a kid-friendly weeknight vegan dinner for my family.

Amazing homemade falafel mix
I found a recipe online for a homemade dry falafel mix and made it even better by swapping out plain garbanzo flour for Bobs Red Mill Garbanzo.and Fava. Amazing, delicious, and gluten free! This mix makes an easy weeknight meal. Yum!

I have been reading the BabyCakes cookbook, from the popular gluten- and dairy-free bakery in NYC, and many of Erin McKenna's recipes call for this. She prefers this to rice flour because she says it gives a great rise.

Great stuff. I use it every other day to make pancakes or pan cookies. It's a wonderful way to have protein yet seem to have a wheat product. I like that it's 1/4 fava, that gives us a bit more variety in our diet.
