White Chocolate Nut-Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup SPLENDA®
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Organic Coconut Flour
  • 1/3 cup Nut Butter creamy (optional)
  • 3/4 cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix together the butter, splenda/sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Mix in the eggs one at a time until well mixed.
  4. Stir in the baking soda and the coconut flour.
  5. Stir in the nut butter until well blended (if desired).
  6. Carefully fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for about 12 minutes or until cookies are slightly firm.



    Makes 12 cookies.
