Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, until combined. Gradually add in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in butterscotch chips and pretzels by hand.
Spoon rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9-11 minutes, until golden brown.
