In a food processor, add the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin. Process to combine well. Slowly drizzle the olive oil into the food processor, making the mixture creamy. Add the salt. If you would like the hummus creamier add more olive oil, reserved bean liquid, or water one tablespoon at a time while the food processor is running. Makes approximately 4 cups.
