Ingredients

• 2-1/2 cups White Rice Flour
• 1 cup Potato Starch
• 1 cup Tapioca Flour
• 1/4 cup Corn Starch
• 1/4 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
• 2 Tbsp Xanthan Gum

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and transfer to an airtight container for later use.
