GREAT!!!
I was purchasing another brand of coconut sugar in the grocery store when I saw that Bob's Red Mill was carrying it. I ordered it and was very surprised by the richness of the color and the taste was better than expected! To buy a product this good and the cost be much less than the grocery store brand made everything that much sweeter! Definitely a win win!!

Can't remember what recipe I bought this for, but I haven't used it yet. I expect it will be great when I do use it, though, because all out BRM stuff has been great so far.

Love this sugar
I like this and will order more. It works pretty well for what I am doing. Love it in morning oatmeal. It does have a slight flavor to it but it does not taste as strong as coconut oil.

From where does the 3 grams of added sugar come?
Rita V on Feb 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi! The FDA defines added sugar as "sugars that are either added during the processing of foods, or are packaged as such." This is not additional sugar added to the Organic Coconut Sugar, just a reiteration that 3 grams (the recommended serving size) is sugar packaged for the purpose of adding to foods.
Where is this sugar from?
A shopper on Nov 27, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This product is from the USA.
