Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Butter softened
• 2 Tbsp Milk
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1-1/2 cups Organic Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour
• 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

• 1 cup Powdered Sugar (I make my own instructions in Notes below)
• 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
• 2 Tbsp Milk
• Chocolate Wafers optional

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick spray or use silicone baking sheets.
2. In a large bowl mix butter, milk and sugars together with hand mixer. Add egg and vanilla and continue mixing.
3. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda and mix until you have a nice cookie dough consistency.
4. Roll up tablespoons of cookie dough and drop onto cookie sheet. Use a spoon to lightly press down each cookie.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cookies will be soft when they come out of the oven, but don't worry, they will harden up.
6. Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.

1. Add powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk in a bowl and use a hand mixer until it forms into a nice frosting.
2. Spread generous amount of frosting on each cookie.
3. Add chocolate wafer on top of each cookie.
