Ingredients

• 1 cup Unsalted Butter room temperature
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 2 cups Organic Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour

• White Chocolate
• Dark Chocolate
• Red food coloring
• Sprinkles

Instructions

1. Cream together room temperature butter, sugar and salt in a bowl. Once the butter-sugar mixture is combined, add vanilla extract.
2. Mix in the flour until a dough-like consistency starts to form.
3. Refrigerate cookie dough for 20-30 minutes.
4. On a well floured surface, roll the cookie dough with a rolling pin until it is 1/8 inches thick.
5. Using a polar bear cookie cutter or paper template, cut out shapes in the cookie dough.
6. Place the cookies on parchment paper 2 inches apart and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
7. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 7-10 minutes or until bottoms are lightly golden. Remove cookies from baking sheet and cool on wire racks.
8. Chocolate decorations: Microwave dark chocolate for 30 seconds until there are no lumps. Use toothpick to draw on the eyes and details. Microwave white chocolate for 30 seconds until there are no lumps. Use a toothpick to add the nose. Add red food coloring in white chocolate to create a shade of pink and paint on the scarf.
9. Optional: Add sprinkles on top of pink chocolate.
10. Serve at room temperature. Enjoy!
