Orange Goji Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 small Orange
  • 1/3 cup Almond Protein Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Raw Cashews
  • 1 Tbsp Goji Berries
  • 1/2 tsp Wheatgrass Powder or greens powder
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sweetener of Choice
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/4 cups Ice

Instructions

  1. Use a microplane or fine grater to grate 1/2 teaspoon (packed) fresh orange zest and place into a blender. Remove and discard the remaining peel and add the orange to the blender. Add all the remaining ingredients except the ice, and blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend once more until frosty.
