Instructions

Stovetop
  1. For hot cereal, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add ½ cup muesli, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Makes two delicious servings.
Microwave
  1. Place ¼ cup muesli and ½ cup water or milk in a large bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stopping to stir during cooking. Makes 1 serving.
Make it Cold
  1. For cold cereal, add ¼ cup muesli to ½ cup yogurt, milk, or fruit juice. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
Swiss Style
  1. To make 1 serving of Swiss-style cereal, combine ¼ cup muesli, ½ cup yogurt, and 1 cored and peeled apple. Cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
