Preheat oven to 350°F. Bring water with a pinch of salt to a boil over high heat. Add pasta and cook according to package directions.
While pasta cooks, place cashews in a food processor or blender and process to a very fine powder, adding a small amount of water if needed.
Add Bob’s Red Mill Nutritional Yeast, salt and garlic powder and mix to combine. Add lemon juice and water and process until smooth.
When pasta has cooked, drain off all cooking liquid and immediately toss pasta with cheez sauce. Transfer mixture to an 8x8-inch pan and sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake until heated through, about 20 minutes.
