Ingredients

Egg Wash
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Water
  • Pinch of Salt
Topping
  • Pretzel Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Add almond flour, baking powder and salt to the bowl of a food processor.

  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.

  4. Working quickly, add melted cheese mixture and eggs to the food processor. Pulse until a smooth dough forms.

  5. Transfer dough to a lightly oiled work surface. Divide into four equal portions and roll each into a 12-inch log. Brush each log with the egg wash, then cut each one into 8–10 pieces using a knife or bench scraper.

  6. Arrange the pieces on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with pretzel salt.

  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm.
