Easy No-Bake Fruit Tart

This no-bake fruit tart is easy to make and a delicious way to end a meal. It’s much like a dessert cookie, but better because the no-bake crust has a boost of protein and is inherently gluten free! Recipe courtesy of Lynda from Southern Kissed.

Ingredients

For the No-Bake Crust
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Greek Cream Cheese or regular cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
For the Topping
  • Red and Green Grapes cut in half
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Apple Slices
  • other desired fruit

Instructions

For the Crust
  1. Place all of the dry ingredients for the crust in a large bowl and stir.
  2. Add the wet ingredients and mix until it becomes moist crumbles.
  3. Press the mixture over the bottom and partially up the sides of a 10-inch tart pan.
For the Filling
  1. To make the filling, combine the cream cheese with powdered sugar. Spread over the crust.
  2. Arrange fruit over top of cream cheese layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
