Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Cracked Wheat
  • 3 cups Water

Instructions

  1. In a 2 qt. saucepan bring water and salt to a boil; add cracked wheat cereal, turn heat down to simmer, cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.



    Serve with milk and honey. Add fruit or nuts to your cereal to increase nutrition and jump start your morning.
