  • Organic Buckwheat Groats

Stovetop
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Raw Buckwheat Groats. Cook, stirring frequently, until the grains begin to darken, about 10 minutes. When the grains begin to pop, stir continuously until they are a rich brown color, 2 – 3 minutes more. Immediately transfer to a cool bowl.
Oven
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Place 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Raw Buckwheat Groats on a clean, dry baking sheet. Bake until a rich brown color, stirring every 10 minutes, for about 40 – 50 minutes.
