Blackberry Vanilla Protein Pops

Stay cool this summer with these bright and vibrant Blackberry Vanilla Protein Pops! Full of juicy fresh blackberries, lemon zest and lots of plant based protein, these easy-to-make popsicles that can be made in your blender are a refreshing treat you can feel good about. Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh Blackberries
  • Lemon Zest from one lemon
  • 1 1/2 cups Hemp Milk or preferred milk
  • 1/4 cup Almond Protein Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Agave Nectar to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and allow to freeze completely, 6 hours or overnight.
  3. When you're ready to serve, run warm water over the popsicle mold until you can slide the popsicle out.
