When I bought the Low-Carb Baking Mix I really wanted to make some biscuits with it. So I decided to experiment with it. This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Low-Carb Baking Mix
  • 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 dash Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a 1 cup microwave safe bowl in short 10 second intervals until completely melted.
  2. Add salt and baking mix.
  3. Add milk and stir; the baking mix should completely incorporate into a dough that should be slightly stiff and in no way runny.
  4. Spray a baking sheet/tray with a spot of nonstick spray and drop the dough on top, shape as you like.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
