Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs large, lightly-beaten
  • 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1-1/3 cups Water at room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp Maple Extract (optional)
  • 1 cup White Bean Flour
  • 1 cup Brown Rice Flour
  • 1/2 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1/2 cup Corn Starch
  • 2 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar packed
  • 1-1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder
  • 2-1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Instructions

  1. Combine wet ingredients; pour carefully into baking pan.
  2. Measure dry ingredients, mix well to blend. Add to baking pan; carefully seat pan into breadmaker.
  3. Set normal/white cycle. Start machine.



    After mixing action begins help any unmixed ingredients into the dough with a rubber spatula, keeping to edges and top of batter to prevent interference with the paddle.
  4. Remove pan from the machine when bake cycle is complete. Invert pan and shake gently to remove bread. Cool upright on a rack before slicing.



    Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (16 slices).
