Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Evaporated Cane Sugar
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup Buckwheat Pancake and Waffle Mix

Instructions

  1. Blend together the applesauce, oil, spices, sugar and egg. Slowly beat in the water to thoroughly combine. Add the buckwheat pancake mix and whisk until just combined.
  2. Cook each side on a lightly oiled griddle or pan until golden brown. Enjoy.



    Makes 8 pancakes.
