Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water (at room temperature)
  • 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter melted, at room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2-1/2 cups Organic Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Organic Amaranth Flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Instructions

  1. All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting.



    Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine cycle and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.



    Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (16 slices).
