Our Favorite Easy Gluten Free Easter Desserts

Easter is just a few days away and for many of us that means large family and friend gatherings. If you’re baking for a gluten free crowd, we’ve got you covered! We’ve gathered up our favorite easy gluten free Easter desserts to share with you.

Magically Moist Almond Cake

If you’ve purchased our Almond Flour before you might be familiar with this recipe. It’s so popular, it lives on both our Almond Flour packages and on our website! The basis is this gluten free cake is Almond Flour and Coconut Flour. The flavors are bumped up with a dash of both vanilla extract and almond extract.

Whether you eat gluten free or not - this recipe is a total hit. It’s flavorful, magically moist, and easy to whip together!

Gluten Free Chocolate Hazelnut Cakes

Hazelnut and Chocolate - a classic combo! Toasty hazelnut flavor from our Hazelnut Flour and chocolate meld together perfectly in these Gluten Free Chocolate Hazelnut Cakes.

We think these are the perfect easy Easter dessert - they come together in a easy manner (just like muffins!) and are poured into individual bundt cake molds. If you don’t have a mini bundt cake pan you could make these in a muffin tin or in a large bundt pan - just increase the bake time for a large cake.

Gluten Free Sugar Cookies

If they’re not already busy devouring jelly beans and hunting for eggs, keep your small guests busy with these Gluten Free Sugar Cookies.

Made with our Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour, these cookies are the perfect Easter treat for kids (okay - AND adults!) Save time by baking off the cookies the day before. On the day of, lay out the cookies, icing, sprinkles and sparkling sugar.

Gluten Free Skillet Irish Soda Bread

Traditionally we eat Irish Soda Bread on St. Patrick’s Day but this recipe is so good - it shouldn’t be limited to just one day! Think of this gluten free bread as an easy quick bread studded with whiskey-soaked currants and orange zest.

It would be a great piece to serve alongside your Easter meal.

Paleo Pineapple Upside Down Cake

A cake that’s paleo AND vegan? You thought it couldn’t be done but … surprise! This tasty cake uses our Paleo Baking Flour, Organic Coconut Sugar, pineapple slices, and maraschino cherries.

This upside-down cake makes for a beautiful presentation - the perfect centerpiece for your Easter meal.
