The basis is this gluten free cake is Almond Flour and Coconut Flour. The flavors are bumped up with a dash of both vanilla extract and almond extract. Whether you eat gluten free or not - this recipe is a total hit. It’s flavorful, magically moist, and easy to whip together!

Gluten Free Chocolate Hazelnut Cakes

Hazelnut and Chocolate - a classic combo! Toasty hazelnut flavor from our Hazelnut Flour and chocolate meld together perfectly in these Gluten Free Chocolate Hazelnut Cakes. Made with our Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour, these cookies are the perfect Easter treat for kids (okay - AND adults!) Save time by baking off the cookies the day before. On the day of, lay out the cookies, icing, sprinkles and sparkling sugar.

Think of this gluten free bread as an easy quick bread studded with whiskey-soaked currants and orange zest. It would be a great piece to serve alongside your Easter meal.
