Hi Patti, we don't sell any sugar substitutes but I would recommend seeking out ones that are specifically formulated for baking purposes.

I cut all my recipe sweetener amounts in half and LOVE everything I have made with less sweetener. I am a diabetic. Eat less per serving, spread out the meal, cut down on the fats and sweeteners in the meals to loose weight. Also eat more flavor filled squash as your starch to loose weight and add savory seasonings, not oils or sweeteners to it and you will loose weight I guarantee.

please don't make it complicated by the stress of counting and eating foods that taste terrible because the sweeteners leave a metal taste or weird aftertaste in so many cases.

Use less oil (don't top with butters or oils)and sweeteners, smaller portions, and no icing.

I make a biscotti that I drizzle a thin chocolate or butterscotch (brown sugar) frosting very thinly, just enough to satisfy, not to smother it like the typical recipes do.

Swerve sugar replacement is a wonderful sugar substitute for baking. It also comes in confection and brown sugar replacement. It is not at all bitter and takes just like sugar.

I tried the Cassava Brownies on the Cassava flour bag and I was pleasantly surprised. They had great texture and tasted really good. I do not like rice flour substitutes because of the texture, the Cassava did not have that.

Hi- I want to make an olive oil almond flour cake for some friends who live gluten free. Almost all of the recipes I’ve found for this cake use some wheat flour- which would work the best in this case- Cassava or Tapioca flour? Thanks so much!
