Managers are required to document recruitment, selection and promotion decisions.
Our compensation review processes actively consider equity in setting or adjusting compensation and categorizing employee roles.
Whenever possible, career development opportunities for promotion and transfer are advertised to all employees to enable individuals to further develop their own career path with Bob’s Red Mill. Diversity and Respect in the Workplace
All employees of Bob’s Red Mill have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. All employees are expected to exhibit conduct that honors diversity and inclusion during work, at work functions on or off the work site, and at all other company-related events.
All employees are required to complete diversity and anti-discrimination training on an annual basis. This training raises awareness, increases knowledge, empowers individuals and helps create a safe, respectful and inclusive work environment.
Our policy is to maximize vendor opportunities with minority and women-owned business enterprises (MWBEs) as suppliers, contractors and subcontractors of goods and services. We seek to build relationships with, develop, and buy from MWBEs. This strengthens our global and local communities and creates long-term growth for Bob’s Red Mill.
