Our Gluten Free Biscuit & Baking Mix contains a blend of gluten free flours and starches including Brown Rice Flour and Sweet White Sorghum Flour.     I've used this new baking mix to make pancakes twice now, and I have to say the pancakes are fantastic. I have had to add a bit more liquid to make sure the batter is not too thick. If the batter is too thick, the pancake will not spread out and cook through. Mine have turned out very good. I like them better than wheat flour pancakes. Even though I am not gluten sensitive I will continue to buy this product. I've also used the classic pancake mix which was very good as well. I like them with butter and blueberry preserves.

    This product now has sugar. We have food allergies and tested the blend for our flour use. Glad we read the label and saw the change before we ate it. Miss the great product this WAS

    The old mix had garbanzo bean flour and rice flour- this mix has white and brown rice flour and potato starch and tapioca flour. My daughter can't tolerate tapioca- what happened to the old mix?

    After trying many GF mixes, we love this for pancakes! Also today I tried it out in "2 ingredient Pizza Crust" and really enjoyed it. (Roughly equal parts Greek yoghurt and biscuit mix - but I didn't measure exactly).

    I regularly use this mix to make what my son calls "cheesy-biscuits." I add about a half-cup of shredded cheddar at the end. Makes them hearty and tasty to serve with a bowl of chili or soup. It's a winter-time staple in my house.
