Excellent flour for bread dough!
I have never made pasta, but, plan, too some day. I use this flour for pizza crust, baguette bread, sub rolls and more. It works great and tastes great, too!! I recommend it 100%!

Semolina Citrus Cake with Creamy Yogurt Frosting was delicious using Bob's Red Mill Semolina Flour
Used Semolina flour in a cake recipe specifying it - and was ecstatic with the result. My sister and grand daughter liked it well enough to do the same, with the same result. Now that cooler weather is here, I'll probably get back to cooking and baking recipes that use it.

Makes Wonderful Semolina Sourdough Bread!

Bob's Red Mill products are consistently excellent and fresh. I am a high volume home bread baker and very particular about quality sourcing. I add a quarter to half cup per loaf of this semolina to most of my yeast breads for enhanced texture. The high gluten content also gives me a better rise and excellent crust. I wouldn't bake without it. AND...of course it makes the most excellent pasta.

I make wonderful pasta with this, and use it the load bread and pizza onto my baking stone. Sprinkle it onto your peel, and the bread/pizza slides into the oven like it's on marbles.
