These Whole Grain Fruit Muffins are full of flavor and fiber! A great way to feature seasonal fruit like peaches or apples, these are delicious served warm with butter or jam.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line muffin pans with paper baking cups and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl stir together the oats, flour, sugar, bran, 7 Grain Hot Cereal, baking powder, cinnamon and fruit. Toss lightly to coat fruit.
  3. In a smaller bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil and honey. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir gently to combine, just until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not overmix.
  5. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 of the way full with muffin batter. Bake for 15 minutes, or until done.
