Tropical Fruit No-Bake Granola Bar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crispy Rice Cereal
  • 2 cups Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Coconut Flavoring
  • ¼ cup Dried Pineapple
  • ¼ cup Dried Mango
  • ¼ cup Macadamia Nuts chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine oats and crispy rice cereal in a bowl.
  2. In a small pan, melt butter on medium heat, then add sugar and honey. Cook until it bubbles, then turn heat down to low and cook for 2 more minutes.
  3. Stir in coconut flavoring, then pour over the oat and cereal mixture.
  4. Once combined, transfer to a pan and press down until bars are about ½ inch thick.
  5. Let set for a couple of hours, then cut up and serve!
