Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 lb Strawberries fresh, washed, hulled & quartered
  • 1/2 cup Milk any kind *
  • 1-1/2 to 2 cup Ice (we used crushed ice from the fridge, but any works)

Instructions

  1. Put strawberries in the blender, add milk and flax. Blend on low for 10-15 seconds. Add Ice. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
