A delightfully made charcuterie board is our secret weapon to effortless entertaining, but it’s also wonderful for a lazy lunch or dinner. We love to pair our favorite meats, cheeses and more with our Oat Crackers. Read our tips below for how to create an irresistible display!

Ingredients

The Meats
  • 3-4 types of Charcuterie, such as ham, capicola and salami
The Cheeses
  • 3-4 Cheeses of choice, such as brie, fresh mozzarella and aged goat cheese
The Crackers
  • Rosemary Oat Crackers
The Extras
  • Assorted Olives
  • Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
  • Condiments, such as an assortment of mustards
  • Other ideas: Nuts, Fruit and Fresh Herbs

Instructions

  1. Lay your cheeses out across the board, spacing them out evenly.
  2. Carefully place any dishes of olives, nuts or condiments in between the cheeses.
  3. Fan or fold your charcuterie and place them on the board, using the cheeses and dishes for support.
  4. Add crackers around the edges of the board.
  5. Top with remaining extras: fruit, herbs and more.
