  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Oil an open-sided baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Combine flours, seeds, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized mixing bowl. With finger tips, rub in 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp oil. Add water in three stages to form a workable, but soft dough. Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out cracker dough on the prepared baking sheet to 1/16-inch thickness. Cut into 1-1/2-inch strips.
Glaze
  1. In a small saucer combine soy sauce and 2 tsp sesame oil. Brush glaze over the crackers. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the crackers are lightly browned. Cool on rack.



    Makes 48 crackers.
