Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 9" x 5" x 2-3/4" bread pan, set aside.
  2. In a small mixing bowl combine the first 5 ingredients (eggs through buttermilk).
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine white rice flour through sugar; blend well.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan and allow to cool before slicing.
