Peanut Butter-Oatmeal Granola Bars

I love these granola bars. I have them on hand a lot for breakfast and snacks. Of course, you can use mix-ins besides the chocolate chips and raisins...try other dried fruits, coconut and nuts. Gluten Free, High Fiber, Lactose Free, Soy Free.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix honey and peanut butter until well blended.
  3. Stir in oats, baking mix, flaxseed meal and cinnamon until well blended. Stir in raisins and chocolate chips.
  4. Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 20 - 25 minutes, until barely browned. Do not over bake.
  5. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
