Full of creamy coconut, fresh oranges and lots of plant based protein, this four-ingredient popsicle can be made in your blender for a refreshing treat you can feel good about. Ingredients

  • Orange Zest from 2 medium oranges
  • Orange Pulp segments included, from 2 medium oranges
  • 1 can Full-Fat Coconut Milk 13.5 ounces
  • 1/4 cup Almond Protein Powder
  • Maple Syrup to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and allow to freeze completely, 6 hours to overnight.
  3. When you're ready to serve, run warm water over the popsicle mold, until you can slide the popsicle out.
