Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 Tbsp Water or Flour (as needed) to obtain a smooth dough ball
  • 3/4 cup Goldrush Sourdough Starter
  • 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter or Margarine
  • 2/3 cup 7 Grain Hot Cereal
  • 1-1/2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar packed
  • 3 cups Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manufacturer and process on the

    basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.



    Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.



    Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (13 slices).
