Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup Wheat Germ
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/2 cups 5 Grain Rolled Cereal
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter *

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients, except coconut. Shape into a long log and roll into shredded coconut. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until hard. Slice to serve.



    Makes 15 no-bake servings.



    *Almond Butter can replace Peanut Butter
