Our Muesli Congee is a sweet twist on the popular savory Asian porridge. Here, our Old Country Muesli is simmered in water until it becomes a smooth, creamy hot cereal. Here, we topped our bowl with coconut, sliced almonds, chopped pistachios and sweet bean paste. You could also stir in traditional American toppings like butter, brown sugar and cream!

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a medium-sized pot, then lower the temperature. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours uncovered, stirring intermittently to break up any film that might form on the top.
