Ingredients

Topping
  • 1/2 cup Huckleberry Jam or fresh huckleberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed Graham Crackers
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff

Instructions

  1. Bring 3 cups water and 1/4 tsp salt to a boil then add 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats.
  2. Reduce heat to a low simmer. Cover and cook 10 - 20 minutes (depending on how chewy you like your cereal). Stir occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and let stand covered for a couple of minutes. Divide between four oven-safe serving bowls.
  4. Divide marshmallow fluff between bowls. To toast the marshmallow fluff, lightly toast with a kitchen torch or broil in the oven for 45 - 60 seconds.
  5. Divide huckleberry jam and crushed graham crackers evenly between bowls.
