Organic Pumpkin Seeds
1 tsp
melted coconut oil
1 tsp
Honey
1 tsp
Ground Coriander
1/2 tsp
Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp
Ground Cardamom
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp
ground turmeric
1/4 tsp
Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and honey. Add pumpkin seeds and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle on the spices and salt and toss to coat.
Spread pumpkin seed mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and toast, stirring once or twice, until evenly toasted, 10 - 15 minutes. Let cool before serving.
Yield 1 cup.
