Ingredients
24 oz package
Irish Soda Bread Mix
(4-1/4 cups)
1-1/4 cups
Water
1/3 cup
Oil
or melted butter

Instructions
Place entire package of Irish Soda Bread Mix in a large bowl. Mix in 1-1/4 cups water, 1/3 cup oil or melted butter, and 1 egg. Mix until just blended. Turn out onto floured surface.
With well-floured hands, form dough into a ball. Pat out on lightly greased pie pan or baking pan so loaf is about 8” in diameter and 1-1/2” high. Slash with sharp knife to make a cross on top. Bake at 375°F for 40-45 minutes.
