Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small saucepan, combine oil, honey, hot sauce and spices. Heat over medium, whisking until smooth and combined.

  3. Add oats, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseed, chia seeds, flaxseed meal and salt to a large bowl; toss to combine.

  4. Pour the warm honey mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully coated.

  5. Spread evenly on prepared pan. Bake 30–40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown and toasty.

  6. Cool completely. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
