Honey Tahini No-Bake Cookies

These no-bake cookies are made with whole grain oats and flavored with honey, tahini and vanilla. They're so easy to make, even the kids can help!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Organic Coconut Sugar
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¾ tsp Kosher Salt
  • 3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Tahini
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt together coconut sugar, honey, butter and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Use a spoon to drop cookies on either wax or parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow cookies to harden.
