Optional
  • ¼ tsp Kosher Salt (2 g)
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (30 mL)

Instructions

  1. Combine water and oats in a high powered blender. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds. Pour through fine mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 4–5 days.
